MD Care Health Plan is a Provider Sponsored Organization (PSO), primarily owned and managed by providers. Our providers are Primary Care and Specialist Physicians, as well as Hospitals and all other Ancillary providers, who are among the most respected in the communities they serve. They know their patients well. At MD Care, doctors, not administrators, make decisions about patient care.

MD Care offers Medicare beneficiaries a choice of plans with comprehensive and value-added alternatives to traditional Fee-for-Service Medicare.

We focus on meeting members' needs, from enrollment through the entire continuum of care. Out Medical delivery model focuses on preventative care, health maintenance, and access to health services which are safe, evidence-based (supported by published medical evidence) and quality driven.
